When does my passport unlock?+
Card, PayPal, Apple/Google Pay, and crypto payments unlock instantly. Bank transfers and cheques unlock as soon as funds clear (1–10 business days).
What currency am I charged in?+
All prices are listed in USD. Interac and Canadian bank options support CAD at the day's exchange rate. Other currencies are converted by your card or bank.
Do you offer refunds?+
Yes — full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not yet collected your first city stamp. After the first stamp, refunds are case-by-case.
Is my payment secure?+
Card and wallet payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant gateways. We never see or store your full card number.
Can I get an invoice / receipt?+
Every order generates a downloadable PDF receipt. For business invoices, reply to your confirmation email with your billing details.
